This agreement constitutes a legally enforceable contract between you and CTRLSOFT, governing your use of our remote PC management platform, including but not limited to device monitoring, file management, and network oversight tools. Minors under 18 years old are expressly prohibited from independent use and may only access the Service under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for compliance.
By submitting payment through Paddle.com ('Payment Processor'), you: (i) authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method; (ii) agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; (iii) acknowledge CTRLSOFT does not store payment credentials or modify Paddle’s terms;
